At ABL, we understand that clear lines of communication between experienced scientific and technical leadership is a critical requirement to successfully manage complex preclinical and clinical development programs. Our Project Management group has industry experience ranging from 8-33 years providing oversight of multi-faceted programs: keeping activities on schedule, to budget, and achieving deliverables.
The project management organizational structure is optimally configured to fulfill all of your contract requirements. A Project Manager (PM) is assigned during the proposal development process. Once the work is contracted to ABL the PM serves as the primary point of contact and provides detail-oriented, day-to-day reporting and oversight. The PM will assemble a Project Team that includes representation from the functional units required to competently support the task demands. Whether your program is carried out using ABL’s in-house staffing, or utilizes our highly qualified subcontractors, ABL’s PMs create a plan designed to meet your expectations with respect to quality, timeline and costs.
