How to Order:

1. ABL accepts purchase orders or credit card (Visa, Master Card) orders.
2. Orders can be placed by phone or purchase orders can be faxed directly. All orders must contain the name of the person who is placing the order and their contact information. Also be sure to list the product name, catalog number, quantity and clearly mark the shipping and billing addresses.

Conditions of Sale:
These products are intended for research or manufacturing use only and are not to be used for human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. No rights under any patents or proprietary technology owned or licensed by ABL or its associated companies are granted beyond the performance of services hereunder. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain licenses or other permission under patents or other rights of third parties.

Credits and Refunds:
At ABL's discretion, we may issue a product credit or refund for the product value and shipping charges. No product credit shall be available for use if a past due balance is outstanding on the account.
Any product credit not used within six months of the date of issue shall expire.

Documents:
It is the customer's responsibility to notify ABL of all necessary documents or permits needed for customs clearance or other purposes.

Product Specifications:
Data sheets are available for most products and will be provided upon request.

Limited Warranty:
ABL WARRANTS, TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY, THAT THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN THE CATALOG ARE OF THE COMPOSITION AND PURITY DESCRIBED. EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, ABL MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, INCLUDING NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE RESULTS OF THE TESTING SERVICES OR PRODUCTS AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE. BUYER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE PERFORMANCE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. ABL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFRINGEMENT OF PATENTS OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Delivery and Shipping:

Washington DC Metro Area: Almost all deliveries can be done by ABL's driver and there is no associated cost.

United States: All deliveries are done by Federal Express and have an associated shipping fee. Other carriers can be used if directed with any additional cost incurred charged to the buyer.

International: Deliveries will be done by Federal Express and all associated shipping fees, taxes, duties, etc will be charged to the buyer. For faster service, please provide your FedEx account number with your order.
