ABL can design custom programs for our clients providing the materials and immunogens to test client ideas in research and product development settings. Our experience and capabilities allow ABL to put together innovative programs to meet the unique demands of each project.

Protein Expression

ABL has extensive experience in expressing recombinant proteins using mammalian and microbial expression systems. Expressed proteins include, but are not limited to: a modified Plasmodium falciparum EBA-175 protein, human soluble CD4, Env proteins from assorted SIV isolates, immunotoxins, and over thirty Env proteins from various strains of HIV-1, including sequences with various modifications.
Some of the research cell banks created have been used to manufacture cGMP Master and Working cell banks and that have gone on to produce Phase I and II clinical trial material.

ABL will work with our clients to help determine the best expression platform to meet the demands of their therapeutics or vaccines.

Virus Titering and Expansion

ABL has the experience and capabilities to produce and titer a wide array of virus types for our clients experiments and research projects. Examples of past projects include; MVA, Adenovirus, HIV, etc.
